Barony of Benington

This title is being sold by Manorial Counsel on behalf of a client for £11,950

They need to be very careful as I have uncovered the genuine holder. It is a title that has remained in a family.

Manorial Counsel's client does not hold a valid title. I will not give anymore details as the research and communication with the rightful holder is private.

Anyone considering purchasing this title via manorial Counsel should seek the advice from an independent solicitor. Michael Baxendale is experienced in manorial law.

A full report will be sent to The Gazette

Manorial Counsel did not have a right to sell this title.
The title is a feudal barony and not a peerage, therefore Manorial Counsel is misleading The Gazette by calling the so called holder Honourable. The word Honourable is for a peerage title.

Time and time again Manorial Counsel Solicitors mislead The Gazette

A Questionable Notice.                                                                       This is a title in name only that was sold by Manorial Counsel, however,  the genuine holder has a full set of deeds.
