What you are getting is 'Quiet Enjoyment' of the title name  -  but that is not a lordship.  It also confirms that Hatton solicitors are fraudulently registering clients titles on the Gazette. The Gazette is being grossly mislead. It is supposed to be titles which hold a complete set of deeds that are registered on the Gazette.
