BARONY OF NORTH CADBURY
A TITLE WHICH IS NOT VALID

In 2011, Jörg Hubert Dumke and his wife Regina became the rightful successors and owners of the Barony and 6th Baron and Baroness of North Cadbury. The hereditary barony title is enshrined in English law as an incorporeal hereditament. The feudal Barony title of North Cadbury has been re-established by legal process by a leading authority in the UK. The legal rights to the title have been transferred by Deed of Conveyance in compliance with the Honours (Prevention of Abuses) Act 1925 (Hatton Solicitors).[9][10]

This is a false Barony and the entry on Wikipedia has been placed by Manorial Counsel's solicitors. They should know better as Manorial Counsel did not own this title and therefore they had no right to sell it.

The Royal Warrant of Edward VII of 8th February 1910 states “no person whose name is not entered on the Official Roll shall be received as a Baronet, or shall be addressed or mentioned by that title in any civil or military Commission, Letters Patent or other official document”. Persons wishing to prove succession should read the information given in the Succession Section.

Holders of Baronetcies listed in this linked document have died, but in each case, up to 30th June 2024, no person has proved succession and thus the Baronetcies are either “Dormant” (Baronet died in 2018 or earlier) or “Vacant” (Baronet died in 2019 or later).

The Barony of North Cadbury is extinct. So, Jörg Hubert Dumke and his wife Regina have purchased a fake title. They are not listed on the Baronetage Roll. The wikipedia entry is completely false and fabricated by the Hattons Solicitors.

I suggest that Jörg Hubert Dumke and his wife Regina contact Michael Baxendale to see if they actual do have the right of calling themselves the 6th Baronet and Baroness.

They won't call any independent solicitor as they know what the answer will be.

Manorial Counsel Ltd needs to prove how they owned the title or acquired the title to sell it on. They are not the leading authority. That is false just like the title of Earl that Kevin Norris who runs Manorial Counsel likes to make everyone think that he is.

The Wikipedia entry is misleading and placed illegally because Jörg Hubert Dumke and his wife Regina are not the rightful successors. The rightful successors would have been given the title by the Crown. All these two have is simply the right to use the name in 'Quiet Enjoyment' . It does not make them the 6th in line. That is all fantasy derived by the misleading of Manorial Counsel and their solicitors.

The Gazette Notice has also been placed fraudulently.
